We recommend regular vacuuming. Visible, loose dirt should be vacuumed with a strong suction vacuum. Do not use a beater bar.

We offer free shipping on purchases of $75 CAD or more for Canadian addresses, and $9.99 flat-rate shipping for purchases under $75 CAD. We offer $24.99 CAD flat rate shipping for US addresses. *An oversized item shipping surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, but we try to get your items out the door and into your hands as soon as possible!
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 2 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back returns, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Purchases that are eligible for refund must be returned safely within 14 days of delivery. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for more details and information on our return policy.
Items that are not eligible for returns include rugs, lighting, furniture, artwork, mirrors, and sale items. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are used or altered may not be accepted.
Damages
Any damages to the product must be reported to info@maisonblonde.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
