We are thrilled to unveil the stunning Monterey and Laguna model homes, a collaborative effort between Richcraft, an Ottawa-based builder, and our team of designers. Nestled in the heart of Ottawa's vibrant community, these model homes embody elegance, functionality, and the epitome of modern living. Our design team was involved in many aspects of these builds! From picking the finishes to fully furnishing and styling each unit. 

Drawing inspiration from the coastal charm of California, the Monterey Model design integrates elements of light and brightness. Every detail, from the layout to the choice of materials and furnishings, has been designed to enhance the overall ambiance and functionality of the home. 

 

Drawing inspiration from nature, the Laguna model incorporates natural elements to cultivate a darker ambiance, all while maintaining a sense of warmth and comfort.
