Yes, you can track your package with the tracking number provided via email and be waiting happily at the door when it arrives! If you didn't recieve your tracking number, please check your junk mail!
We know how excited you are to get your new pieces. However, shipping delays can sometimes happen. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control but we are with you as you anxiously await your new home decor items.
Due to the high volume of eCommerce orders in today's shopping landscape, your order may encounter shipping delays from Canada Post. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we ask that you please wait 2-3 business days for it to arrive before contacting us at shop@maisonblonde.com. After this 2-day period, please contact us for assistance. Maison Blonde cannot accept responsibility for any packages that are stolen.
Returns & Damages
Measure your space to ensure that the item you are ordering will fit. This is very important for rugs! Often you need a larger size than you think. Please click here to view our step-by-step measuring guide!
To ensure smooth delivery, measure doorways, hallways and if you live in an apartment be sure to measure the elevator.
Please note, there will be no delivery refund if the item(s) doesn’t fit in your home or office.
For furniture deliveries, make sure to clear your space. Remove any furniture, wall decor, area rugs, etc. If our delivery team will need to access the elevator in your building to complete the delivery please book your elevator accordingly. If you are expecting a delivery during the winter months please clear your driveway and walkways of snow and ice.
Maison Blonde has carefully selected each product we bring into the shop. We love every piece and we really hope you do too. We want you to enjoy your new furniture or decor piece so if you are not 100% satisfied, and if your item is eligible for return, we would love to help you find something else that is just right for you.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping. For orders outside of Canada, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
To request a return please contact shop@maisonblonde.com for your return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a first emailing us for a return authorization.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed on the original method of payment or to a store credit.
All products must be inspected upon arrival. In order to accept damage returns, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt of your product with a description of the damage, and photos of both the product and packaging. Please send photos of the damaged packaging before opening your item.
Please report your damage by emailing your order number and detailed photos of the damaged item to shop@maisonblonde.com
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund after purchase. This includes light fixtures & rugs.
Waitlists & Stock
If there is something you had your heart set on but it is sold out, not to worry we can often place a special order just for you. Keep in mind production and shipping times may vary depending on the item. Please send an email to shop@maisonblonde.com for any inquiries or to be placed on a waitlist for our re-stock.
All of our decor items are in-stock unless they are listed as a pre-order or a custom order item. This allows us to be able to ship your decor within our standard processing timeline!
Items that are NOT in stock are custom order items: rugs, artwork, lighting & furniture.
