Get Prepared Ahead of Time

Before Ordering:

Measure your space to ensure that the item you are ordering will fit.
Measure doorways, hallways and if you live in an apartment be sure to measure the elevator.
Please note, there will be no delivery refund if the item(s) don’t fit in your home or office.

 

Getting Ready for the Delivery:

For a quick and easy delivery make sure to clear your space. Remove any furniture, wall decor, area rugs, etc.
If our delivery team will need to access the elevator in your building to complete the delivery please book your elevator accordingly.
If you are expecting a delivery during the winter months please clear your driveway and walkways of snow and ice.

Special Orders

If there is something you had your heart set on but it is sold out, not to worry we can often place a special order just for you. Keep in mind production and shipping times may vary depending on the item. We will keep provide you with delivery times once we are ready to ship your order.

 

Shipping Delays

We know how excited you are to get your new pieces. However, shipping delays can sometimes happen. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control but we are with you as you anxiously await your new home decor items. You can track your package with the tracking number provided and be waiting happily at the door when it arrives.

 

Returns

Maison Blonde has carefully selected each product we bring into the shop. We love every piece and we really hope you do too. We want you to enjoy your new furniture or decor piece so if you are not 100% satisfied we would love to help you find something else that is just right for you.

Purchases that are eligible for full refund must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping.

To request a return please contact nicole@maisonblonde.com for your return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a first emailing us for a return authorization.

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Upon receiving your return we will inspect the item to determine the eligibility for a refund. Refunds will be processed on the original method of payment or to a store credit.

Items that can not be returned:

Sale, Marked Down due to damage, Marked Down Floor Models, Special or Custom Orders, Furniture, Rugs, Lighting, Candles, Floral, Bedding, Gift Cards

Made to Order items are not eligible for return. This includes made to order light fixtures.

Damages

If your product arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide your order number and detailed photos of the damaged item. Email nicole@maisonblonde.com to report your damage.
