We’ve teamed up with Route, a package protection and tracking service, to offer our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route Package Protection is available at checkout, and offers low-cost shipping protection to give you peace of mind knowing that your order will be protected in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. This partnership ensures that our customers can enjoy added security and confidence throughout the shipping journey.
Route’s Package Protection is also 100% carbon neutral. Route has partnered with Patch, a high-integrity carbon-neutral project, to neutralize carbon emissions for each order.

We know how excited you are to get your new pieces. However, shipping delays can sometimes happen. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control but we are with you as you anxiously await your new home decor items. You can track your package with the tracking number provided and be waiting happily at the door when it arrives.
Damages & Returns
If your product arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide your order number and detailed photos of the damaged item. Email shop@maisonblonde.com to report your damage.

Maison Blonde has carefully selected each product we bring into the shop. We love every piece and we really hope you do too. We want you to enjoy your new furniture or decor piece so if you are not 100% satisfied we would love to help you find something else that is just right for you.
All products must be inspected upon arrival. In order to accept returns, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt of your product with a description of the damage, and photos of both the product and packaging. Please send photos of the packaging before opening your item. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping.
To request a return please contact shop@maisonblonde.com for your return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without first emailing us for a return authorization. If the return is approved, we will issue you a store credit for the returned item value.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Note that returned orders from outside of Canada are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund after purchase. This includes light fixtures and rugs.
Before Ordering
Measure your space to ensure that the item you are ordering will fit. Measure doorways, hallways and if you live in an apartment be sure to measure the elevator.
Please note, there will be no refund if the item(s) doesn’t fit in your home or office.
Prepare for delivery
For a quick and easy delivery make sure to clear your space. Remove any furniture, wall decor, area rugs, etc.
If our delivery team will need to access the elevator in your building to complete the delivery please book your elevator accordingly.
If you are expecting a delivery during the winter months please clear your driveway and walkways of snow and ice.
Special Orders
If there is something you had your heart set on but it is sold out, not to worry we can often place a special order just for you. Keep in mind production and shipping times may vary depending on the item. We will keep provide you with delivery times once we are ready to ship your order.
