Please review the details below regarding the ongoing tariffs between Canada and the USA.
Lead times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Our standard processing time for in-stock decor orders is 1-3 business days (excluding holidays), but we always try to get your items to you as soon as possible! In-stock furniture, artwork, rugs, and lighting are ready to ship in 2-4 weeks. The 2-4 week timeline for order preparation does not include transit time, which can take an additional 1-2 weeks.
The production time for made-to-order items are listed on the product page and is noted as an estimate only. Production times can vary due to material availability and order volume at the maufacturer, and Maison Blonde is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers.
In light of the recent announcement of tariffs between Canada and the USA, please reach out ahead of ordering to confirm the origin of your purchase. Any tariffs incurred upon receipt of your order are payable upon delivery, should they come into effect after placing your order. Maison Blonde reserves the right to adjust prices at its discretion in response to the ongoing tariff negotiations as it is a fluid situation. Made-to-order items which incur tariffs when crossing the border are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or store credit.

For larger furniture items, you will have the option to select Standard Shipping or White Glove Delivery at checkout. Standard Shipping is curbside delivery, or right outside your main entrance. White Glove Delivery includes bringing the item into your room of choice, unpacking, minor assembly, and removal of debris.
Fragile items over $75 ship for $49.99, which will be applied at checkout.

Fragile items ship for $74.99CAD, which will be applied at checkout.
We’ve teamed up with Route Package Protection, a package protection and tracking service, to offer our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route Package Protection is available at checkout, and offers low-cost shipping protection to give you peace of mind knowing that your order will be protected in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. This partnership ensures that our customers can enjoy added security and confidence throughout the shipping journey.
Route’s Package Protection is also 100% carbon neutral. Route has partnered with Patch, a high-integrity carbon-neutral project, to neutralize carbon emissions for each order.

Please note that if you exclude shipping protection from your order, you will be not be able to request a return, refund, or store credit, for damages during shipping, buyers remorse, or any other matter.
We know how excited you are to get your new pieces. However, shipping delays can sometimes happen. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control but we are with you as you anxiously await your new home decor items. You can track your package with the tracking number provided and be waiting happily at the door when it arrives.
Damages & Returns
If your product arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide your order number and detailed photos of the damaged item. Email shop@maisonblonde.com to report your damage.
If you experience an issue with your order, and you've purchased package protection, please file a claim with Route’s team here.
Maison Blonde has carefully selected each product we bring into the shop. We love every piece and we really hope you do too. We want you to enjoy your new furniture or decor piece so if you are not 100% satisfied we would love to help you find something else that is just right for you.
All products must be inspected upon arrival. In order to accept returns, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt of your product with a description of the damage, and photos of both the product and packaging. Please send photos of the packaging before opening your item. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for the return shipping.
To request a return please contact shop@maisonblonde.com for your return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without first emailing us for a return authorization. If the return is approved, we will issue you a store credit for the returned item value.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Note that returned orders from outside of Canada are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Sale, Marked Down due to damage, Marked Down Floor Models, Special or Custom Orders, Furniture, Art, Mirrors, Rugs, Lighting, Candles, Floral, Bedding, Gift Cards
Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund after purchase. This includes light fixtures and rugs.
Before Ordering
Measure your space to ensure that the item you are ordering will fit. Measure doorways, hallways and if you live in an apartment be sure to measure the elevator.
Please note, there will be no refund if the item(s) doesn’t fit in your home or office.
Prepare for delivery
For a quick and easy delivery make sure to clear your space. Remove any furniture, wall decor, area rugs, etc.
If our delivery team will need to access the elevator in your building to complete the delivery please book your elevator accordingly.
If you are expecting a delivery during the winter months please clear your driveway and walkways of snow and ice.
Special Orders
If there is something you had your heart set on but it is sold out, not to worry we can often place a special order just for you. Keep in mind production and shipping times may vary depending on the item. We will keep provide you with delivery times once we are ready to ship your order.
