As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Intermediate Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

We are in search of an Intermediate Interior Designer with 4-6 years of experience in residential Interior Design. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a profound appreciation for luxury interiors. This role requires proficiency in managing projects from initial concept through to completion, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, trades, and vendors to bring sophisticated design visions to fruition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage interior design projects from conceptualization to completion, under the guidance of our Creative Director.
Develop and present comprehensive design concepts, including space planning, material selections, and finishes.
Produce detailed drawings, custom millwork designs, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare furniture and material specifications, sourcing unique and high-quality finishes.
Oversee procurement, manage orders, and track deliveries in collaboration with our logistics team.
Conduct on-site visits and provide design oversight throughout the construction phase.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their vision is realized with the highest level of service.
Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to infuse fresh ideas into our projects.
Attend industry networking events and trade shows as required.

Qualifications & Skills

5-7 years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
A degree or diploma in Interior Design from an accredited institution is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Canva.
Strong understanding of interior construction, millwork detailing, and building codes.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A discerning eye for finishes, materials, and custom detailing.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience working directly with clients, trades, and vendors.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
