You can place an order directly through our website by browsing our products and completing the checkout process. You can also reach out to us by email at shop@maisonblonde.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Each product page says whether the item is in stock at our studio, ships from the maker, or is made to order, and how long it takes to ship. Parcel transit usually adds 1–2 weeks.
For furniture and made-to-order pieces, we email you a confirmed delivery window after you order.

We ship across Canada and the United States!
Every product has a delivery category, and the charge for each is shown at checkout before you pay. All amounts are in CAD.
Canada
- Decor, wallpaper and table lamps: $14.99, free on decor orders of $150 or more
- Rugs and ceiling, wall and exterior lighting: free
- Artwork and mirrors: $70 (oversized artwork $100)
- Furniture: curbside from $100, with white glove delivery available at checkout on larger pieces
United States
- Decor, wallpaper and table lamps: $34.99 flat
- Rugs: free
- Ceiling, wall and exterior lighting: $75
- Artwork and mirrors: $70 (oversized artwork $200)
- Furniture: curbside from $125, with white glove delivery available at checkout on larger pieces

Route package protection is an optional add-on at checkout. It covers loss, theft and transit damage. If you added it, you can file a claim directly with Route here, which is often the fastest option.
Whether or not you added Route, you can report damaged, defective or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@maisonblonde.com. See our Return & Refund Policy.
In-stock decor and artwork that ship from our studio can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for store credit. Return shipping is at your cost, and there is no restocking fee.
Furniture, rugs, lighting, mirrors, wallpaper, made-to-order artwork, decor that ships from the maker, and anything made to order are final sale. Each product page says whether an item is final sale.

In-stock decor and artwork that ship from our studio can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship. Email shop@maisonblonde.com as soon as possible.
All other orders can't be cancelled once placed, because we order them from the maker right away. If your delivery is more than 30 days late, you can still cancel for a full refund, as described in our Shipping Policy.
