Orders for small decor items that are in stock at our studio will typically ship within 1-3 business days.

For larger items such as rugs, lighting, furniture, and artwork, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, provided the items are in stock. 

Please allow 8-10 weeks for made-to-order pieces.

We’ve teamed up with Route, a package protection and tracking service, to offer our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route Package Protection is available at checkout, and offers low-cost shipping protection to give you peace of mind knowing that your order will be protected in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. This partnership ensures that our customers can enjoy added security and confidence throughout the shipping journey.

If you experience an issue with your order, and you've purchased package protection, please file a claim with Route’s team here. 

Maison Blonde has carefully selected each product we bring into the shop. We love every piece and we really hope you do too. We want you to enjoy your new furniture or decor piece so if you are not 100% satisfied we would love to help you find something else that is just right for you.

• All products must be inspected upon arrival.
  
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include a description of the damage, along with photos of both the product and packaging (please include photos of the packaging before opening).
  
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed in the original packaging.
  
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  
• Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Returned orders from outside of Canada are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
  

To request a return, please email us at shop@maisonblonde.com. If your return is approved, we’ll issue you a store credit for the value of the returned item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned: Sale, Marked Down due to damage, Marked Down Floor Models, Special or Custom Orders, Furniture, Art, Mirrors, Rugs, Lighting, Candles, Floral, Bedding, Gift Cards.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund after purchase. This includes light fixtures and rugs.

We understand that things can change! Here’s our cancellation policy:

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours: Customers can cancel their order at no charge.
  
• Orders cancelled between 24-48 hours: A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  
• Orders cancelled after 48 hours: Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations after this time.
  
• Made-to-order items: Please note that once production has begun on custom items such as furniture and artwork, cancellations are no longer possible.
