As this item is custom made for you it is not eligible for a refund.
For routine cleaning, sweeping your rug with a broom or carpet sweeper on a weekly basis is highly recommended. If your vacuum has a beater bar, it should be turned off or set on the highest setting. For further cleaning, you can machine wash your rug. Your rug should be the only item in the drum and arranged
evenly. Do not use detergent. Wash on the largest load setting then hang the rug on a clothesline or over the back of a chair to dry. Keep the rug away
from direct sunlight to avoid natural bleaching. For large rugs or those that easily stretch, place it on a flat surface to dry, flipping it every few hours
for a quick and even dry that prevents the growth of mold and mildew. A rug pad is highly recommended to extend the life of your rug.

We offer free shipping on purchases of $75 CAD or more for Canadian addresses, and $9.99 flat-rate shipping for purchases under $75 CAD. We offer $24.99 CAD flat rate shipping for US addresses. *An oversized item shipping surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, but we try to get your items out the door and into your hands as soon as possible!
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 2 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back returns, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Purchases that are eligible for refund must be returned safely within 14 days of delivery. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for more details and information on our return policy.
Items that are not eligible for returns include rugs, lighting, furniture, artwork, mirrors, and sale items. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are used or altered may not be accepted.
Damages
Any damages to the product must be reported to info@maisonblonde.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
