Willow Creek Kitchen Reveal

Willow Creek Kitchen Reveal

The long-awaited Willow Creek Kitchen Reveal is finally here! We are excited to share all the design details, curated decor and final touches that went into this project! We hope you love it as much as we do, enjoy!

Located just outside of Ottawa ON, this kitchen design features many custom elements creating a curated and thoughtful aesthetic in the heart of the home. The focal point highlights a large custom range hood finished with Limestrong Artisan Plaster in the colour Shell with a Stone Finish.

The soft textural accent of the plastered range hood is complemented by the tonal Cle Tile backsplash. We chose Zellige tiles in the 'Weathered White' colour to add visual interest while maintaining a calm serene vibe throughout the space.

The framed cabinetry is finished with a subtle custom colour (from the cabinetry supplier) to provide warmth and layers to the room. Above the oversized island, our Rio Pendants sit pretty to finish the space with a warm antique brass finish.

Design: Maison Blonde
Millwork: BEX Interiors
Builder: Parkview Homes

Hi. Beautiful. I am deciding on cabinets for my kitchen now. Are yours overlay cabinets? I live the look of yours.

We have the same question as Kelly: Are the appliance pills 18” or 12”?. Is your F&P fridge 36” wide and 72” high? Thank you.

Baby Kelly

Are the appliance pills 18” or 12” . Is your fridge 30” wide?

This is such a gorgeous kitchen, all the details are fantastic. Would you be able to share the brand of stove/range you have? It’s gorgeous and I’m about to start my kitchen reno and looking for something similar.

I know you mentioned the cabinet color was a custom by the cabinet maker – is there any color you feel it’s closest to? I know a lot of the custom colors are very similar to some of the popular colors from lines like Benjamin Moore.

Caitlin Olund

Hi! I see that you surround your hood insert (underneath) with, maybe, a stainless steel panel?? Is that correct? Do you mind sharing more detail on that? Thanks.

Thank you Lauren! The backsplash is from a company called Cle Tile and is a Zellige tile in the colour weathered white! Goodluck with your reno, I am sure that tile will look stunning!

Alyssa (Maison Blonde)

Love the backsplash – can you share? Could it be Riad Tile zellige in Snow White by any chance? That is what we are planning to use on our remodel. TY!

Hello Farrell, thank you for your comment! The perimeter cabinetry is the same colour as the island!

Alyssa (Maison Blonde)

Gorgeous! For the cabinetry is it all the same Sandy beige color? I can’t tell in the photo if the island is the same or if it is a different color with more of a blue tone.

Farrell Pompa

Thank you Katie! The fridge is panel ready from Fisher & Paykel!

Alyssa (Maison Blonde)

This is beautiful! Could you please share the brand of refrigerator?

Hello Stacey! The grout colour is actually Frost from Mapei and we used 1/16" spacers!

Alyssa (Maison Blonde)

Love! What color grout and spacers did you use on the backsplash?

Hello Donna, thank you very much for your comment! We have the same tile in the Maison Blonde kitchen and we love it! It is easy to clean and there wasn’t a whole lot of breakage waste. We installed it ourselves and used a Schluter strip at the edge! Hopefully, this helps!

Alyssa (Maison Blonde)

I absolutely love your kitchen. I am doing a complete kitchen reno and I am considering the same backsplash. It looks beautiful. Are you still happy with the backsplash? I hear the zellige tile is hard to clean. Did you have a lot of wasted tiles due to chips and breakage? Did the installer have to trim the edges?

Hello Shanna, thank you very much! The wall colour is White Dove and the ceiling colour is Chantilly Lace, from Benjamin Moore!

Alyssa (Maison Blonde)

This is so beautiful!!! What color white did you use one walls/ceiling? White is so hard!

Shanna Moran

I’m in love with the backsplash! Unfortunately, they don’t ship to Canada, can you recommend somewhere I can find something similar?

Hello Dre, Thank you very much for the feedback! The countertops are called Montauk by Hanstone!

Alyssa (Maison Blonde)

Love everything about this space! Can you share the countertop name?
Please and thank you!

Hello Karen! The floors are Provenza Luxury Vinyl in the colour ‘At Ease’!

Alyssa (Maison Blonde)

I would like information about the floors as well!

Hello Rachel! Thank you very much we are happy to hear that! Unfortunately, the cabinet colour is a custom colour specific to the cabinetry colour, however, one of our favourites is Natural Cream by Benjamin Moore! We actually used that one in the Maison Blonde Kitchen! Hope this helps :)

Alyssa (Maison Blonde)

I love everything about the feel of this kitchen. I will definitely be shopping your style! Can you share the color used on cabinets? That is my first big decision.

Rachel Carman

Hello Andrea! Thank you so much, we are very happy with how it turned out! The flooring is Provenza Luxury Vinyl in the colour ‘At Ease’!

Love! Love! Love! Absolutely everything about this project. Wondering if you can share source info for the floors used here. Thanks in advance for any info you’re able to provide.
