Willow Creek Kitchen Reveal
The long-awaited Willow Creek Kitchen Reveal is finally here! We are excited to share all the design details, curated decor and final touches that went into this project! We hope you love it as much as we do, enjoy!
Located just outside of Ottawa ON, this kitchen design features many custom elements creating a curated and thoughtful aesthetic in the heart of the home. The focal point highlights a large custom range hood finished with Limestrong Artisan Plaster in the colour Shell with a Stone Finish.
The soft textural accent of the plastered range hood is complemented by the tonal Cle Tile backsplash. We chose Zellige tiles in the 'Weathered White' colour to add visual interest while maintaining a calm serene vibe throughout the space.
The framed cabinetry is finished with a subtle custom colour (from the cabinetry supplier) to provide warmth and layers to the room. Above the oversized island, our Rio Pendants sit pretty to finish the space with a warm antique brass finish.

Are the appliance pills 18” or 12” . Is your fridge 30” wide?
This is such a gorgeous kitchen, all the details are fantastic. Would you be able to share the brand of stove/range you have? It’s gorgeous and I’m about to start my kitchen reno and looking for something similar.
I know you mentioned the cabinet color was a custom by the cabinet maker – is there any color you feel it’s closest to? I know a lot of the custom colors are very similar to some of the popular colors from lines like Benjamin Moore.
Hi! I see that you surround your hood insert (underneath) with, maybe, a stainless steel panel?? Is that correct? Do you mind sharing more detail on that? Thanks.
Thank you Lauren! The backsplash is from a company called Cle Tile and is a Zellige tile in the colour weathered white! Goodluck with your reno, I am sure that tile will look stunning!

Gorgeous! For the cabinetry is it all the same Sandy beige color? I can’t tell in the photo if the island is the same or if it is a different color with more of a blue tone.

Hello Stacey! The grout colour is actually Frost from Mapei and we used 1/16" spacers!

Hello Donna, thank you very much for your comment! We have the same tile in the Maison Blonde kitchen and we love it! It is easy to clean and there wasn’t a whole lot of breakage waste. We installed it ourselves and used a Schluter strip at the edge! Hopefully, this helps!
I absolutely love your kitchen. I am doing a complete kitchen reno and I am considering the same backsplash. It looks beautiful. Are you still happy with the backsplash? I hear the zellige tile is hard to clean. Did you have a lot of wasted tiles due to chips and breakage? Did the installer have to trim the edges?

Hello Rachel! Thank you very much we are happy to hear that! Unfortunately, the cabinet colour is a custom colour specific to the cabinetry colour, however, one of our favourites is Natural Cream by Benjamin Moore! We actually used that one in the Maison Blonde Kitchen! Hope this helps :)
