Please note that when you purchase a rug sample, you will receive a credit for the sample amount, which can be applied toward the purchase of a full-size rug once the sample is returned.
Please be aware that our rugs are made-to-order and require a production and shipping time of 3-5 weeks. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience.

Maison Blonde ships all across the US & Canada.
We offer free shipping on purchases of $75 CAD or more for Canadian addresses, and $9.99 flat-rate shipping for purchases under $75 CAD. We offer $24.99 CAD flat rate shipping for US addresses. *An oversized item shipping surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 3 days of receipt. You may contact us if you have any questions.
All original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items must be unused and in new condition. Returns that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for returns include made to order items, rugs, lighting, furniture, artwork, mirrors, and sale items.
Any damages to the product must be reported to shop@maisonblonde.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
