Cleaning Code S.

Spot clean with a water-free, dry-cleaning solvent only. Pre-test a small, inconspicuous area first. Do not over saturate. Do not use water. Cushion covers should not be removed and dry-cleaned as this may cause fabric coulor to fade. To prevent overall soiling, frequently vacuum or lightly brush with a non-metallic, stiff bristle brush to remove dust and grime. When cleaning a spill, blot immediately to remove spilled material. Clean stains from the outside of the affected area, moving toward the center, to prevent the stain from migrating outward. Pile fabrics may require brushing gently with a non-metallic, stiff bristle brush to restore appearance.

We offer free shipping on purchases of $75 CAD or more for Canadian addresses, and $9.99 flat-rate shipping for purchases under $75 CAD. We offer $24.99 CAD flat rate shipping for US addresses. *An oversized item shipping surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 3 days of receipt. You may contact us if you have any questions.

All original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All items must be unused and in new condition. Returns that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

Items that are not eligible for returns include made to order items, rugs, lighting, furniture, artwork, mirrors, and sale items.

Any damages to the product must be reported to shop@maisonblonde.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
