Maison Blonde ships all across the US & Canada.

We offer free shipping on purchases of $75 CAD or more for Canadian addresses, and $9.99 flat-rate shipping for purchases under $75 CAD. We offer $24.99 CAD flat rate shipping for US addresses. *An oversized item shipping surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, and destination. 

Lead times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Our standard processing time for in-stock decor orders is 1-3 business days (excluding holidays), but we always try to get your items to you as soon as possible! In-stock furniture, artwork, rugs, and lighting are ready to ship in 2-4 weeks. The 2-4 week timeline for order preparation does not include transit time, which can take an additional 1-2 weeks.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 3 days of receipt. You may contact us if you have any questions. 

All original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  

All items must be unused and in new condition. Returns that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. 

Items that are not eligible for returns include made to order items, rugs, lighting, furniture, artwork, mirrors, and sale items.

Any damages to the product must be reported to shop@maisonblonde.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
