Starting with the kitchen, this is one of our favourite areas of the home as it is the epitome of timeless elegance. The soft white cabinetry, paired with a textured subway tile backsplash, enhances the light and bright vibe of the space. We chose to decorate the cabinets with gold hardware and a coordinating gold faucet to add a touch of warmth and cohesion. The beaded shaker cabinet doors coordinate with the beaded detail around the hood fan, adding layers to the space while complementing the simplistic color scheme. The kitchen is finished off with decorative accents like cookbooks, antique brass pendants, and other embellishments. The mix of weathered elements paired with new decorative accents creates the everlasting timeless appeal of this home.

From the kitchen, you enter the dining area. Every detail was carefully considered in this open-concept space. From the striking light fixture above the dining table to the carefully selected furniture, the space strikes a balance between style and functionality. The natural wood table, paired with the woven dining chairs, adds artistic accents and personality to the area. Each element contributes to the versatility of this space, making it perfect for dining, entertaining, and everyday living!

Moving on to the living room, this space captures the pure coastal feeling through dynamic furniture and decor selections. Paired with the furniture, the ample natural light enhances the airy, and bright feeling that is consistent throughout the entirety of the home. When selecting fabric materials, we opted for lightweight linen and cotton blends to maintain the light and bright appeal while introducing texture to the space. The large-scale artwork above the couch incorporates soft pastel colors in a coastal seascape design to enhance the space and add visual interest.

The principal bedroom has several unique design features. The focal point of the space is the wallpapered ceiling. The addition of a patterned element, paired with the simplistic brass ceiling fixture, contributes to a serene atmosphere. Finally, let's take a look at the office. With remote work becoming increasingly common, we aimed to create a workspace that is both functional and visually appealing. The walls are adorned with wallpaper featuring a subtle olive-colored pinstripe, adding visual interest to the room.
